Meet the Owner

My name is Chloe and I am a Speech Language Pathologist originally from Arcadia, CA. I received my Undergraduate Degree from the University of Redlands and my Masters Degree from Arizona State University.

I have worked in schools, a private clinic and provided home health services for children with a variety of diagnoses including Down Syndrome, Autism, various genetic conditions, receptive and expressive language delays, AAC users, articulation disorders, childhood apraxia of speech, feeding disorders and more.

Two contrasting areas I am particularly passionate about are Feeding Therapy and Childhood Apraxia of Speech (CAS).

I use my background knowledge of oral motor functioning combined with my training on the Sequential Oral Sensory (SOS) Approach to Feeding and my clinical experience to support children when expanding their diet in a safe and positive way. Many families can have a much better mealtime experience with a little support on identifying the underlying causes of their child’s refusal of specific foods.

I had the privilege of attending the Child Apraxia Treatment Advanced Workshop with Dr. Edythe Strand in order to improve my skills using Dynamic Temporal and Tactile Cueing (DTTC). I am deeply passionate about giving children the power to share their thoughts and ideas and know that what they want to express is important. I have witnessed how difficult it can be for many of these children to trust their SLP due to experiences in which they were not understood, or they made limited speech progress. It is my passion to help establish your child’s confidence while speaking, using evidenced-based treatment for CAS, articulation, and phonological disorders.

When I am not working, you can find me crafting, playing nerdy board games, and trying to improve my golf swing with my Fiance.
